1. Activation
Subscriptions are offered only when confirmed in a written quotation. Term, activation date, users, limits, features, support and fees must be agreed before payment.

Read these policies alongside the agreed written quotation and contract. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
2. Billing and renewal
Currency, taxes, billing schedule and payment methods follow the quotation. This website performs no automatic renewal or debit. Any automatic renewal in a separate service requires explicit consent and advance cancellation information.
3. Cancellation and service end
Request cancellation or changes through sales email before the next term, subject to the contractual notice period. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid term, without prorated refunds unless required by law or agreed. Data export, retention and deletion arrangements must be defined before activation.
4. Suspension and changes
Suspension for breach or non-payment follows the contract and reasonable notice, except where immediate action is needed for security or law. Changes to next-term pricing or scope are communicated before acceptance.
